Internal Recruiter
The Role
To work collaboratively with Stakeholders to meet Regional and Business Unit resourcing demands.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from liaising with stakeholders to understanding resourcing requirements to face-to-face/TEAMS interviewing.
Responsible for all agency site-based agency resource requirements you will work closely with the operation teams within the regions.
Advertise job adverts on job boards/Social Media platforms
Sourcing candidates via varied online platforms
Review and screen CVs and applications to ensure the hiring managers are given quality information
Responsible for ensuring potential candidates receive an excellent recruitment and selection process.
Updating job descriptions such as tasks or modifying requirements
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and hiring managers on the status of open jobs & suggesting alternative approaches.
Creating talent pools for your business area
Participate in careers and job fairs to support resourcing requirements
Work in a collaborative approach with the PSL
Update recruitment trackers, metrics, and board report
Produce recruitment reports when required
Attend meetings to keep up to date with future and current recruitment requirements
Responsible for issuing and recording the recruitment and selection survey to candidates via Survey Monkey.
Collaborative working
Build collaborative relations externally with the PSL and internally with stakeholders
Challenge the accepted way of working and seek ways to continuously improve
Build relationships with candidates and ensure high levels of trust and engagement

About you
Essential
Experience in meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment/resourcing environment
Background in working within an agency or in-house as a recruitment consultant/Internal Recruiter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to use Microsoft suite packages
Desirable
Knowledge of the built environment ideally Civil Engineering
REC or equivalent recruitment qualification
