As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will provide front line maintenance support to a specific area of our industry-leading plant. You will drive continuous improvement projects, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to enhance our processes. Heavy involvement in both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance will be a key part of your role, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of operation.
Hours of Work:
* Day Electrical Technician: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 or 4 days per week Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00.
* Shift Electrical Technician: Full Continental 4 on 4 off (06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00).
Electrical Maintenance Technician Requirements:
* Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
* A hands-on individual with a positive, 'can-do' approach to work.
* Ambitious, resilient, and driven to progress within a successful, multi-national organisation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
