Hunter Gatherer is working alongside our professional Community Psychiatric Nurses and Social Workers who are looking for a CPN or SW to join their Early Intervention team in Manchester. Here are the details:
* Job Title: Early Intervention
* Band: 6
* Location: Manchester
* Duration: 3 Months which can be ongoing
* Schedule: Full Time Hours (37.5hrs)
* Rate of pay: �26 per hour
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
* Current and valid registration with the NMC.
* Proven experience within a CPN recovery role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
* Previous experience in working within an Early Intervention team.
* Care coordination for caseload of patients with first episode psychosis.
