We are excited for the right person to join Northamptonshire Children’s Service as part of our Legal Case Progression Team. You will work 2 days a week alongside the part time post holder and together be responsible for driving forward case progress where legal intervene is required. In order to achieve this, you must be an experienced qualified social worker with an expert knowledge in childcare legislation, court work and be able to quality assure work to a high standard.

What will you be doing? You will have responsibility for maintaining our legal trackers and offer support, guidance, and constructive challenge across the Trust. You will also work collaboratively with the judiciary and other stakeholders to continue our work in improving the quality and timeliness of legal proceedings.
