Working alongside the head chef in managing all areas of the kitchen and the Team to ensure standards and service levels do not drop About YouStrong culinary skills Good understanding of a large busy kitchenAble to work as a team member and lead the team when requiredPrevious experience working in a high volume, high quality environmentPrevious experience working in a B&I contract preferredExperience in working to an achievable GPStock and Waste control experience Understanding of food management systems HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha\'s Law, Allergens and Manual Handling.
