As a Subway Supervisor at the Royal Stoke Hospital you will help oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our Subway store with Sodexo. In this role, you’ll ensure both Subway and Sodexo brand standards are met, including compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety policies. You’ll be responsible for achieving full compliance in store evaluations and internal audits, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and staff safety. What you’ll do:
Oversee the production of Subway products and ensure compliance with Subway and Sodexo standards.
Manage food storage, prep, and stock rotation to minimize waste and spoilage.
Lead the team with a can do attitude ensuring exceptional standards
Monitor stock levels, maintain product availability, and place weekly orders.
Support weekly/monthly inventory stock takes and maintain accurate records.
Assist with staff performance management, including training, appraisals, and competency checks.
What you bring:
Previous food preparation and service experience.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Positive attitude toward learning and self-development.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
