Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will:
* Oversee and manage projects related to the operation and maintenance of the Biomass facility.
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.
* Ensure all work complies with site safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Provide technical oversight and ensure all Management of Change (MOC) documentation is accurate and complete.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant operations.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Minimum HNC qualification or a degree in engineering with relevant bias.
* At least five years of experience in project engineering or project management.
* Familiarity with energy-from-waste processes or a similar environment.
