As an Admissions Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing student applications in line with the latest admissions requirements. Your daily responsibilities will include arranging and conducting student interviews, supporting visa documentation processes, and liaising effectively with students, agents, and our Source Country Office teams. You will also maintain student records, support the issuance of Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CASs), and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the admissions process.
Hours of Work: Full-time
Salary: �23,750 - �27,450 per annum.
Admissions Officer Requirements:
* A levels or equivalent.
* Proven ability to organise own workload and to cope with a variety of task demands
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of front-line customer relationship management.
* Confident with the Microsoft Office suite -Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly data filtering and pivot table functions.
Desirable:
* Degree level study.
* Knowledge of CRM systems.
* An effective knowledge of the Higher Education sector and/or university pathway programmes.
* An effective knowledge of university and/or pathway admissions criteria and processes.
* Experience of working in an international education setting.
* Familiarity and understanding of the UK visa process
* Ability to communicate in a language other than English.
* Experience of delivering front-line customer relationship management to a multicultural client base.
