We are now seeking an Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Merville Barracks. This role will be a self-starter and will see you lead quality management and audit processes at our large multi-service site. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance quality, and boost overall efficiency.
What you’ll do:
To implement and enhance our quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency in line with Sodexo company policies and procedures. Focusing on adherence to service excellence.
Conduct and Maximize the impact of Quality Audits on the efficiency, effectiveness and value delivered. Ensure that continuous improvement is always at the forefront.

To work proactively with managers to establish and maintain a working environment that is looking to deliver continuous improvement the business, our client, and our customers.
To ensure that all managers understand why we review our quality standards and continually look for development to support the effective growth of our contract and customer needs.
Act as a key resource for external clients and auditors, ensuring a high level of preparedness, responsiveness, and compliance
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and quality improvement plans to address non-conformances.
Review audit findings and collaborate with teams to address any deficiencies, ensuring timely corrective actions and follow-up.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client-related quality and audit inquiries, ensuring proactive and professional communication.
Track and analyse quality and audit KPIs to monitor trends and proactively address any emerging issues
Lead and mentor a team of quality and audit professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
What you bring:
Level 6 Safety Qualification
Level 4 Food Safety Qualification (or to be met within 6 months)
Experience in hard FM safety including CDM
Internal auditor in an ISO standard
Ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, both prescribed and self – imposed
5 years’ experience of managing safety in a similar environment
