We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Cash Reconciliation Associate to join our dynamic finance team at our UK Head Office in Runcorn. Job Summary: As a Cash Reconciliation Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to record and control all sales, spend, and cash banking activities for our pharmacies. Key Responsibilities: Accurately ensure all branch counter sales are reported correctly and reconcile all cash/electronic bankings.Review, resolve, and report cash discrepancies and any fraudulent transactions.Identify and report potential irregularities in branch data.Provide daily support to branch staff regarding EPOS till cashing up, reporting figures and banking cash.Contribute to internal and external audits as required.Oversee, manage, and reconcile G4S cash collection/drop orders. Key Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:Experience in cash reconciliation using various software applications.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in handling large volumes of data using Excel.Experience in collaborative working across finance and operational functions.Understanding of retail cash handling is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, independent, and self-driven with a can-do attitude.Strong analytical skills and forward-thinking approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAP.Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
