Package
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage social media plans to enhance brand visibility.
Create engaging posts, digital content, and marketing collateral.
Analyse and report on social media metrics.
Manage digital reviews and responses for clients and candidates.
Provide social media support to branches and oversee account settings.
Create branded graphics and videos, adhering to brand guidelines.
Conduct competitor reviews and monitor marketing performance.
Assist in general marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
Strong written communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), scheduling tools, and analytics.
Experience with MS Office and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM).
Desirable Skills:
Recruitment industry marketing experience.
Graphic design and Adobe proficiency.
Creative campaign and copywriting expertise.
Video editing skills.
Salesforce CRM experience.
