In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs designed to enhance our employees’ skills and support their professional development.Key Responsibilities:Plan Prepare and deliver training for all staff at all levelsTo assist recruitment on an ongoing basis, ensuring staff retention is maintained to its highest potentialEnsure all staff are 100% inducted in line with our stadia policyMonitor and maintain the relationships with local training providers to upskillBe responsible for providing effective training to all staff in retail, hospitality.To ensure that all staff have been trained in the requirements of their roleCreate innovative and creative training modules that get the very best out of our staff.Assist in the adaptation of the Sodexo Live!
