Job Title: Fanzone Event ProgrammerSalary: Up to £38,000Hours: 40 Hours Per WeekLocation: Brighton FC, Amercian Express Stadium, Brighton, BN1 9BLSodexo Live! have a fantastic opportunity for a Fanzone Event Programmerto join and work alongside our first-class team at American Express Stadium, home to Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club!Sodexo Live! support with the hospitality at Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club both on Match Days and for Events; this is an exciting time to join us as plans for the opening of the brand-new Fan Zone progress!In this exciting diverse role, your focus will be to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Fan Zone; you’ll collaborate closely with various departments to deliver an outstanding experience to fans and guests, ensuring that service meets Sodexo Live’s high standards.What you'll do:Create business plan to include competitor analysis, target markets, market trends, sales and marketing actionsMaintain close relationship with venue partner programming team, meeting regularly to share successes, targets, actions and set the programme and events scheduleResearch content providers, artists, promoters and attend appointments to engageNegotiate with contributors and artists to deliver content within budget, and notify management of agreementsLiaise with the event managers to identify venue requirements with regards to the programmeAudience development and communicationsWorking with marketing to increase the profile of Fulham Pier and increase the size and breadth of audienceConsult regularly with the Marketing Manager to contribute to stories about events and ensure websites and socials are up to dateAchievement of budgeted targetsRecruitment and onboarding of new Fanzone Venue Sales team if requiredAchievement of personal KPI’s as agreed by line managerProduce accurate and timely reports as required⁠Be visible within the local industry, launching the Fanzone as a new space, attending regular networking and engagement eventsWhat you bring:Experience within a creative programming environmentExperience of dealing directly with artists, content providers and collaboratorsKnowledge of budgeting and financial processGood knowledge of the cultural and entertainment sectorUnderstanding of marketing and audience developmentHighly creative thinkerGreat collaborator, especially in environments with several stakeholdersTuned in to the creative sector including digital, visual and performance artsExcellent business relationship skillsDetailed knowledge of the London events market⁠Excellent negotiation skillsWe offer Sodexo Discounts site promoting discounted mobile phone tariffs, savings across restaurant chains and days out, where you and your family can save money on everything from your weekly food shop to the latest cinema blockbuster and much more!For more information on all the great benefits Sodexo offer to support you and your loved ones, check out the attached Benefits Guide at the bottom of this advert!Ready to be part of something greater?
