As a Ceramic Casting Operative, you will play a vital role in igniting the creation of luxury sinks that define quality and elegance. Your responsibilities will include preparing and pouring a clay mixture into moulds, ensuring each piece adheres to our high standards of craftsmanship. You will take pride in the de-moulding process and maintain exceptional housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Your keen attention to detail will ensure the casting process runs smoothly, producing beautiful pieces for our high-end finishing department. Join our dynamic team and be part of something special!
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent position.
Ceramic Casting Operative Requirements:
* Ability to maintain motivation while performing routine tasks.
* Experience working in a hands-on environment, potentially dirty.
* Excellent attention to detail, highlighting quality adherence.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Willingness to collaborate and support a cross-functional team.
