Qualified Counsellor (CFD Qualification)
Location : Flexible / Remote
Hours : 4 - 37.5 hours per week
Salary : �50 per clinical contact (Limited / Umbrella contract)
We are currently partnering with a reputable service to offer an exciting opportunity for a qualified Counsellor with the CFD qualification to join their team on a sessional basis. This is an excellent chance to increase your earning potential while supporting clients through NHS Talking Therapy Referrals.
Role Highlights :
* Flexible Hours : 4 - 37.5 hours per week, between 7:00am - 11:00pm, Monday - Sunday
* Consistent Weekly Hours : To ensure continuity of care for clients, we are seeking professionals who can offer the same number of hours each week.
* Competitive Pay : �50 per clinical contact, with DNA (Did Not Attend) rate paid at 40% for cancellations within 24 hours (service has a low DNA rate of around 6%).
* Supervision : Receive in-house group supervision (up to 90 minutes per month, unpaid) and 1-to-1 supervision for higher caseloads.
Key Responsibilities :
* Deliver high-quality counselling sessions as part of the NHS Talking Therapy Referrals program.
* Maintain a regular weekly schedule of hours, ensuring clients receive consistent and reliable support.
Essential Requirements :
* PCE - CFD Qualification
* BACP Accredited
* Access to your own IT equipment
* Ability to offer the same number of hours on a weekly basis

* Working Hours : Flexible, between 7:00am and 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday
* Payment : �50 per clinical contact, DNA rate of 40% if cancelled within 24 hours
