Mess Manager- CTCRM Lympstone, Exmouth£32,424 per annum40 hours per weekMonday-Friday (occasional weekends depending on business needs)Shift Pattern 08:00-16:3028 days holiday (extra 3 days after 2 years of service)The Mess Manager will oversee the day to day services and hospitality for any functions. You will manage a team ensuring that stock and kitchen needs are met whilst ensuring the excellent delivery of the catering and maintaining high standards throughout the accommodation. As the Mess Manager you\'ll have full financial responsibility, working with the client to produce weekly and monthly financial reports.
