A leading London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the procurement and implementation of a new Document Management System (DMS) for their Housing division. This critical project aims to enhance document security, accessibility, and operational efficiency while enabling the seamless migration from legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Project Manager, you will:
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set objectives, and establish timelines.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, maintaining financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Assign tasks, monitor team progress, and optimise the use of resources.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, from initial briefs to comprehensive post-project reports.
