We collaborate closely with military leaders to create an environment that supports individuals, the community, and the overall base.In response to the ever-changing defence landscape, we have developed a new 'Lived Experience' programme, designed to engage our team and ensure a deep understanding of our clients' needs. We are now looking for a dynamic and empathetic Programme Facilitatorto lead the delivery of this initiative.Role Details:This four-day programme will be delivered to groups at various defence sites, primarily located across southern England, from Oxford to Portsmouth. As such, the role will require frequent travel and overnight stays.The ideal candidate will be personable, with a high level of emotional intelligence, able to read and adapt to different group dynamics.
