As a Customer Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our Operations Team, handling a wide range of customer queries from beginning to end. This includes assisting customers with their accounts, answering questions about our services, scheduling appointments, and providing technical advice. You will be responsible for ensuring a first-class service, managing customer expectations, and upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Hours of Work: Full-time, with flexibility to meet the needs of our customers.
Customer Support Representative Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
* Educated to GCSE 'O' level standard or NVQ level 2 or 3 in customer service or administration.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate social media platforms.
* Ability to work on your own initiative while being a real team player.
