This role will be pivotal in driving the continuous evolution of our catering offerings to support revenue increases, profitability, and maintain our position as best in class. The candidate will work closely with both the catering team and our client, Tottenham Hotspur, to deliver innovative and high-quality services.In addition, it requires an excellent communicator at all levels, and the ability to work at pace on multiple projects without compromising quality or compliance. This role is also required to develop strong working relationships within the team as well as with all key stakeholders; both internally and externally.A passion for detailed planning is a key role in delivering our vision of the ultimate guest experience. Role PurposeYou will be responsible for the key areas below (amongst other general responsibilities).Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all catering-related projects within the stadium, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This includes coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.Strategic Development: Collaborate with both the Catering team and Tottenham Hotspur to identify and implement innovative catering solutions that enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and improve profitability. Conduct market research and analyse trends to stay ahead of the competition.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between Levy and Tottenham Hotspur, ensuring alignment of goals and effective communication across all levels of the organisation. Regularly report on project progress and outcomes to senior management and the client.Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets, financial performance, and return on investment, ensuring all projects contribute to the overall financial health of the catering operations. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for review by senior management.Quality Assurance: Ensure all catering services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery.Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the catering and hospitality industry.
