About the Role

 


Effectively manage all Hard Services operations, delivering effective Maintenance services to fully meet both contractual and Statutory requirements by ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are delivered in accordance with the contract and our client’s expectations.
Ensure operational, planned, and reactive maintenance activities are effectively scheduled and undertaken on time and in accordance with Statutory Legislation, appropriate maintenance specification and agreed SLA response times.
Resource management including performance management of 8 technicians, 30 subcontractors and associated supply chain.
Responsible for optimising these resources, balancing cost and value with service delivery.
Accountable for ensuring in-scope systems are maintained to the appropriate standard as defined by the contractual scoping and any relevant legislation.
Accountable for ensuring business, safe systems of work, policies, processes are reviewed periodically, effectively communicated to technicians/ subcontractors and implemented effectively
Responsible for training and competency reviews of technicians and subcontractors.
Accountable for controlling, quality checking and capturing evidence of compliance with legislative, statutory, policy and contractual regulation in relation to asset management
Proactive creation and maintenance of professional relationships with all stakeholders, delivering effective business communication including advice, review, leadership and contribution to management and team meetings including both formal or ad-hoc reporting.
Responsible for driving improvements in the sustainable impact of technical services under your control.
Provide timely Client and Internal management reports requested.
Responsible for oversight and management of the quality and condition of tools, equipment and PPE being used by technicians you manage
Support the Sodexo site management team where required, providing technical support and insight.


What We’re Looking For


Manage and control the services to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
Manage a team to increase the Client and Sodexo’s revenue opportunities i.e., cash sales, labour efficiency and generate the GOP expected at each account across the portfolio of business
 Nurture client relationships to stabilise & develop them for long term partnerships
Recruit, induct and develop talented employees within the business portfolio and to actively manage poor performance.
Identify opportunities for organic growth and new business, on site and throughout the account
Management of Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation relating to the building portfolio ensuring the statutory requirements are met and all records maintained
Drive the safe behaviour message through the teams using the tools avail focusing on Zero accidents
Responsible for driving continuous improvement through all accounts
Manage Service Champion visits and maximise support available from the Service Champions
