As an Internal Sales Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing your own account list, conducting proactive telesales, and efficiently handling our sales inboxes while actively promoting our existing and new stock. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming sales calls, generating new business leads, and ensuring accurate input of customer orders. Additionally, you will monitor customer quotes and contracts, ensuring all administration tasks are executed promptly and kept up to date.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Internal Sales Executive Requirements:
* Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain a high attention to detail
* Confidence with the ability to take responsibility for outcomes
* A proactive attitude towards generating new business
