As a Transport Manager, you will be at the helm of our logistics operations, ensuring deliveries to customers are prompt, accurate, and meet the high standards our company is known for. You will oversee compliance with legal requirements, manage the logistics budget, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in maintaining our FORS accreditation, and you will champion continuous improvements in our processes to align with our ambitious growth plans. Your proactive approach will be essential in overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities within the transport network.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 4:30pm
Transport Manager Requirements:
* Holder of a Transport Certificate of Professional Competence - Essential
* Strong communication and leadership skills - Essential
* Previous Transport Leadership experience - Essential
Desirable:
* Health and Safety Training (IOSH or NEBOSH equivalent) - Preferred
* FORS Practitioner - Preferred
