As the Head of Finance, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance department, providing essential support to ensure that informed commercial decisions are made throughout the organisation. Your role will include preparing and reviewing month-end reports, engaging with external auditors for statutory compliance, and offering rich insights into financial performance. You will lead a talented team, manage forecasting and budgeting processes, and maintain key relationships with both clients and internal departments to drive financial efficiency and clarity.
Hours of Work: Full-time
Head of Finance Requirements:
* ACCA / CIMA qualified
* A proven track record in finance management or a related discipline
* Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
* Excellent analytical skills, particularly in financial reporting and forecasting
* Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software (knowledge of SAP is advantageous)
* Exceptional communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders
