An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive with 3-4 years PQE to join a reputable legal firm. This role can be full-time or part-time offering excellent benefits and a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata.
As an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will handle Private Client, Wills & Probate matters. The role involves managing client work, ensuring progress updates, and maintaining high client care standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage allocated client work, adhering to quality standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of firm and client information.
- Achieve billing and time recording targets.
- Oversee credit control on own matters.
- Comply with Solicitors Accounts Rules and Professional Conduct.
- Maintain clear communications with firm personnel.
- Supervise, support, and develop immediate support staff.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
- Possess at least 3-4 years PQE.
- Have experience in Private Client matters, particularly in Wills and Probate.
- Compliance with legal and professional standards.
