A popular luxury care home in Carlisle is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team and lead expert nursing care as a Unit Manager.

Person specification :
* ( Essential ) NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Adult Nurse (RN Adult)
* ( Essential ) Professional experience caring for older adults with mental health needs including dementia
* ( Essential ) Professional experience with care plans and managing a nursing team
* ( Desirable ) Relevant teaching/assessing/mentoring qualification
