As a College Services Officer (CSO), you will play a vital role in managing the critical aspects of the student life cycle including support services, enrolment processes, and academic infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing highly responsive customer service, driving student retention initiatives, and promoting student welfare. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for students as you assist with accommodations, arrivals, and various enrichment activities, ensuring their college experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: �24,350 to �25,550 per annum
College Services Officer (CSO) Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role within an educational environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
