An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join an independent engineering and surveying consultancy. This role offers excellent benefits, hybrid working and a competitive salary.
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be undertaking comprehensive building surveys and defects investigations. You will be based either in Leicestershire or Northamptonshire office.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting party wall surveys across diverse projects.
- Acting as principal designer for CDM commissions.
- Administering contracts and preparing specifications and schedules of work.
- Assisting with asbestos surveys and preparing construction management plans.
- Carrying out schedules of conditions and advising on dilapidations.
- Providing technical support for all aspects of building surveying disciplines
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Building Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Ideally have a degree accredited by RICS in Building Surveying.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
