We are currently seeking a General Services Manager to join our established client team in Cambridge. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and conscientious professional looking to make a difference.
Role Description:
Collaborate with the Cluster Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of IFM operations, compliance with legislation, and achievement of defined budgets and profit margins.
Prioritise Health and Safety through diligent Safeguard administration and operations.
Address customer queries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high client satisfaction, liaising with service providers and senior management when needed.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the building, contractual specifications, and KPIs to achieve and maintain service excellence.
Oversee departmental operations, guiding team members to adhere to standards, regulations, and the Standard Operating Procedure Manual.
