Essential Requirements:
? NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
? Flexibility to work a range of shifts , including sleep-in rota within the Home
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience working with vulnerable children and young people
Knowledge of child development and Attachment Theory
Understanding of safeguarding and child exploitation risks
