Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Band 6 CPN to join an Adult CMHT team in Herefordshire . This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate of �26 per hour . The ideal candidate will have experience in community mental health settings and be a car driver, as the role involves community-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs
* Engage with patients in the community, offering support and treatment
Essential Requirements:
* Active DBS
* Car driver (essential for community work)
Preferred Experience:
* Community mental health experience
