As our ERP Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of our ERP Systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the ERP software, collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, providing technical support to end users, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity, and documenting processes while creating user guides. Your role will be essential in driving our technological advancements forward.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start times between 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm.
ERP Support Specialist Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years ERP experience
* Strong background in IT
* Proactive approach to problem-solving
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Outstanding communication skills
ERP Support Specialist Benefits:
* Up to �55,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Monday to Friday, office based - no weekends
