About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner , you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0-5 years . You will work closely with a supportive team to foster children's social, emotional, and physical development , ensuring they receive the best start in life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities that support children's early development.
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Support children's individual needs , ensuring they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a collaborative support network.
* Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety requirements are met in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
* Minimum of one year's experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping children thrive.
