About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated person to join a fast-paced marketing department. Reporting to the PR & influencer Manager, you will join a collaborative team focused on achieving maximum quality exposure across all brands. Naturally, you will keep up to date with the latest trends across fashion as well as the influencer marketing and social media landscapes and be a confident communicator with strong copywriting skills.
Key Performance Measures
These are the expected deliverables of the role and will be aligned to the performance review process.
* Co-ordinate press requests and sample management across all brands, including send outs, follow ups, feedback and managing returns.
* Co-ordinate gifting and seeding strategies for all brands.
* Co-ordinate talent and press lists, keeping details up to date.
* Collate press coverage and campaign reports.
* Support on influencer marketing campaigns, creating campaign briefs, co-ordinating talent and content delivery.
* Supporting on event logistics, liaising with suppliers and co-ordinating guest lists.
* Feedback on key social trends, industry and digital developments to the PR & Influencer team.
* Support on copywriting, including writing press releases as well as planning and briefing of creative content.
Skills and Abilities
* Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
* Up to date knowledge of social media platforms.
* Keen interest in fashion and the media landscape.
* Good eye for detail.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Team player. Ability to work collaboratively across departments/teams.
* Adaptable, self-motivated and willing to learn.
* Active listening in the environment to support and gather information.
* Good time management and prioritisation of tasks.
