As the Registered Care Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring a safe and nurturing home environment for children.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role.
- At least 3 years' experience in residential childcare.
- Strong knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations (England) 2015 and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in Ofsted inspections.
- Enhanced DBS check.
