We are now seeking an Kitchen Manager to join our team at AAC Middle Wallop

 What you’ll do:



To plan, organise and manage delivery of all services within the All Ranks Diner and coffee shop.


Ensure service standards, KPIs, and contractual terms are met, maintained, and improved in the assigned area


To ensure all risk assessments, Safe systems of work are up to date and relevant. 


To support and deliver training to all catering staff across Middle Wallop food service operations. 


To conduct Unit Business Health checks as needed across site in support of the General Manager. 


To co-ordinate chef activity across the Middle Wallop site in accordance with the needs and demands of the business, whilst minimising the use of agency labour. 


To deliver the day to day food offer across all outlets at Middle Wallop. 


What you bring:

Essential:


Experience in catering management within the soft FM service industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
HR skills in recruitment, training, and performance management.
Good numerical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of health & safety and food safety management.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Proven experience in stock management, cash control, and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
