We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.The RoleWe are looking for Tenancy Support Workers to join our housing support service in Cambridge. This role involves helping people to find appropriate accommodation solutions in our mission to prevent homelessness. You will provide housing related support and advice to people to assist them with maintaining their tenancy and prevent evictions.As a Tenancy Support Worker, you will visit people in their home and within community settings to help them understand their options and navigate the services and support available to them, with the overall aim of avoiding homelessness and building independence. We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives.
