What you’ll do:
Manage and maintain all meeting rooms and events (from an AV perspective and also from a conferencing and customer support perspective)
Act as a point of liaison for customers in respect of non-standard meetings/events and the services they require. This may include, but not be limited to, signage, space/configuration advice, liaison with other service partners (e.g. catering) in the planning stage of meetings
To provide technical and operational advice and guidance to Facilities Operatives in respect of basic room checks.
Proactively monitor the room booking system to identify and approach customers to provide assistance
Ensure rooms are correctly set-up prior to meetings and all room equipment across the site is working.
Ensure all glance panels are working and meetings for the day are showing.
Management of site notice boards and communication areas in line with customer requests.
Carry out and complete any Helpdesk requests within the set time frames escalating to line management for support as required.
To provide technical AV advice and support to customers for all events run at site.
Demonstrate a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance, ensuring the company uniform issued is worn at all times
Work at other sites if required.
Assist with editing and recording facitilies as and when required.
What you bring:
Strong customer services skills and experience
Previous experience in an AV or technical role
Strong team player within a high quality customer service operation
Knowledge and awareness of the Facilities Industry
Be self motivated and work under pressure to balance conflicting deadlines is essential
Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and multi-service team service personnel to achieve results
Ideally knowledge and experience of working in an environment supporting multi site large events where technology is routinely used
