As an Information Security Migration Specialist, your primary responsibilities involve the thorough examination and enhancement of our current Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the most recent ISO 27001:2022 standard. This process includes conducting a comprehensive gap analysis and risk assessment to pinpoint and rectify any deficiencies or inconsistencies within our ISMS framework. Additionally, you will offer assistance and direction to both our internal staff and external stakeholders in the successful implementation of the updated ISMS requirements. Throughout the migration project, diligent documentation and reporting on progress and outcomes will be integral to ensuring transparency and accountability in the adaptation to the latest standards.
Please note, this is a remote role however you will be required to attend occasional meetings at our office in Milton Keynes.
Contract Type: 3 Month Contract
Salary: �500 per day
Information Security Migration Specialist Requirements:
* At least three years of experience in ISMS implementation, management, or auditing
* Excellent knowledge of security industry best practice, security control frameworks and standards
* Certification in ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
* Experience working in line with ITIL framework.
* Documentation and governance in preparation for audit
* A solid understanding of the ISO 27001:2022 standard and its changes from the previous version
