We are excited to offer a full time post for a Staff Nurse to work as part of a nursing team for Looked after Children within Leeds Community Health Trust.You will be working in our friendly and supportive nursing team caring for our children and young people who are looked after by Leeds city council, alongside their families and care givers, to maximise their health potential and address their health inequalities.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and monitoring the delivery and the heath care of looked after children and young people, age 0-17.
