National Account Manager, NationalMonday to Friday 42 hours per week, 8am – 5pmAre you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Account Manager.As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing revenue from a portfolio across a geographical area.You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maximizing business opportunities, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.This role combines the power of digital technology with the personal touch of face-to-face meetings, all while delivering exceptional customer service.What You'll Do:Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for clients.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are met and provide regular updates on the status of accounts and deliverables.Oversee project management from initiation to completion and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and cross-sell and upsell services and products. Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients and act as a mediator between clients and internal teams. Prepare regular reports on account status and analyse client data to inform strategies and improve service. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure internal teams understand client requirements and expectations in line with contract agreement. Manage client contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditionsAccountable for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty and to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
