You will lead a multidisciplinary team on site, managing assets to ensure they are safe, legally compliant, and fit for business, and driving the adoption of best practices to exceed client expectations.You'll be working on a large multi function site, and experience of delivering services within a Heavy Manufacturing or production site would be beneficial.This is a High Growth Account, providing opportunities for development and growth within the role.What you’ll do:Ensure the delivery of Soft Services, Cleaning, Catering, Site Services, Site Logistics. Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Washroom Hygiene on site.Managing Staff, Health and Safety and Compliance of the siteInteract with the teams daily – to ensure clear communication / develop at one team ethic in service delivery deliveringEnsure client satisfaction through improving relationships and service Manage budgets to maintain and achieve financial targetsIdentify cost saving opportunities for the client Utilise Sodexo software and systems, for example, UDC, SAP, SMS, Leanpath, Kronos Unit audit scores, cleaning audits, HACCP audits, Environmental Health and Safeguard Recruit, induct and motivate, manage, train and develop all employees following HR policies and guidelinesWhat you bring:IT literatePeople Management experienceIOSH or equivalent Managing Safely qualificationAbility to interpret and utilise financial informationExcellent communication skillsPrevious experience of operational management in a similar environmentProven experience of developing profitable relationships for multi-site contracts Broad commercial FM experience and business acumen, knowledge of external industry developments & contract development models Strong communication, and negotiation skillsExcellent client relationship managementExperience working in a standards/compliance environmentWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
