In this rewarding role, you will support and inspire learners to gain recognised catering qualifications, helping them build valuable skills for future employment. Working closely with the Training, Skills & Employment Manager, you will develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities, ensuring each learner has the opportunity to succeed.Beyond teaching, you will play a vital role in challenging negative behaviours, fostering self-esteem, and supporting rehabilitation. Your work will directly contribute to improving employability prospects for prisoners, ultimately helping to reduce reoffending rates. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and structured learning environment, adhering to relevant prison policies and procedures.
