We are now seeking a Graduate Building Energy & Sustainability Officer to join our team in Belfast.
This exciting role involves working on a high-profile blue-light service contract to support decision-making that will reduce utility consumption and costs across the client’s estate. The role will focus on assisting with the management of energy and carbon performance data, providing detailed technical analysis of options to improve the environmental and financial performance of the client’s extensive property portfolio.
What you’ll do:
Undertake carbon, energy, water and waste performance reporting and analysis in accordance with contractual obligations;
Utilise technical knowledge and insight to identify and develop performance improvement opportunities and solutions.
Support and coordinate the delivery of energy, environmental and sustainability performance and status reports
Support the delivery of the Client’s Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Helpdesk to ensure optimal conditions for the Client’s end users;
Work in such a way that upholds and promotes the client's values of professionalism, integrity, courage and compassion
What you bring:
Graduate Honours degree or equivalent in relevant subject (e.g., Energy, Engineering, Renewable Technologies);
Skilled in use of MS Office programs (particularly Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI);
Ability to work across functions and with client and suppliers to achieve outcomes;
Ability to understand clients’ requirements and make reports relevant;

Package Description
