Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will:
* Assist with preparing and managing schedules – Plan weekly engineer schedules to ensure contractual obligations for preventive and corrective maintenance are met.
* Help with coordinating call-outs – Assess monitoring alerts daily and organise field engineers to meet response time guarantees.
* Aid with contract management – Ensure all operation and maintenance agreements are fulfilled.
* Contribute creating and managing budgets for minor construction projects, corrective maintenance, and site improvements.
* Help with creating and managing work tickets for engineers, ensuring all necessary details for reporting and follow-ups.
* Prepare monthly technical reports on asset performance, warranty claims, and insurance claims.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Experience in Portfolio/Asset Management
* Experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry or a similar role.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools.
* Knowledge of PV monitoring systems.
* Understanding of HSE and CDM regulations.
