As a College Services Officer, you will play a vital role in the student journey, ensuring that each student receives unparalleled support across all aspects of their experience, from academics to wellbeing. You will be responsible for organising engaging events, maintaining student records, and fostering a welcoming environment. Your proactive approach will help to ensure that students feel comfortable and supported as they transition to the University of Portsmouth, while your cross-functional teamwork will aid in achieving a collaborative atmosphere.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm, with some additional commitments for extracurricular activities.
College Services Officer Requirements:
* University level qualifications or related sector qualifications/training.
* Experience in customer services, particularly within educational settings.
* Familiarity with Immigration Rules and Student Visa regulations.
* Proven ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
* Excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport across diverse backgrounds.
