Deputy Accounts Director – London-BasedLocation: London (with national travel)Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)We’re looking for a Deputy Accounts Director to oversee multi-site delivery of Hard and Soft Services, ensuring exceptional client relationships and contractual compliance. Due to the geographical spread of contracts, candidates should be based in the London area.What You’ll Do:As a Deputy Accounts Director, you’ll lead a large team to deliver outstanding service across multiple sites. Your role will focus on driving business performance, fostering a service-led culture, and ensuring operational excellence. Working closely with the Operations Director and your peers, you’ll champion innovation, efficiency, and growth.Your key responsibilities include:Financial Management – Overseeing contracts to ensure they meet budgets and performance targets.Quality & Compliance – Maintaining the highest safety and regulatory standards.Innovation & Growth – Identifying opportunities for service improvement and business expansion.Sales & Retention – Supporting bids, proposals, and business retention strategies.People Leadership – Collaborating with your HRBP to develop strong teams, coaching managers, and fostering career growth.Client Relations – Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Service Excellence – Ensuring consistency and high-quality service delivery across all operations.What We’re Looking For:Essential:At least 3 years’ experience in multi-site contract management within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.Proven expertise in managing both Hard & Soft Services.Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of client satisfaction.Commercial awareness and financial acumen.Experience in business growth and retention.Full UK driving licence.Non-Frontline SIA Licence (current or previously held).IOSH and/or NEBOSH accreditation (or working towards).Desirable:Experience managing catering services within contracts.If you’re a dynamic leader with a passion for service excellence, innovation, and team development, we’d love to hear from you!About Us:Integrated facilities management services with a purpose.
