E-Procurement/E-Invoicing Systems Integration Consultant - Permanent opportunity
I am currently supporting a global fashion/eCommerce organisation on their search for an E-Procurement/E-Invoicing Systems Integration Consultant to join their teams across Germany on a permanent basis.
Your responsibilities:
* Work closely with the TECH Indirect Procurement Team, Indirect Procurement, and Accounts Payable to optimize the existing E-Procurement / E-Invoicing solutions.
* Assist internal users with any issues related to our E-Procurement and E-Invoicing solutions, ensuring smooth operations.
* Act as the main contact for change requests, managing them and implementing solutions.
* Communicate and coordinate with our software solution suppliers, providing 3rd-level support and assisting with change requests or project tasks.
* Cooperate with internal stakeholders and IT partners to ensure seamless integration and support across systems.
Experience required:
* Practical experience in consulting, implementing, and supporting IT systems (cloud or on-premises), preferably with SAP Ariba or similar procurement and invoicing solutions.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
* Knowledge of procurement and finance processes, ideally with experience in indirect procurement and system integration.
* Keen interest in applying innovative technologies and thinking outside the box.
* Team player with a solution-oriented, analytical approach to problem-solving.
* Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
