What you’ll do:Lead engaging and energetic Aqua classes in accordance with established schedules.Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate participants of all fitness levels and abilities.Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and builds community.Demonstrate proper techniques and safety measures during class.Build and maintain relationships with class participants, providing motivation and encouragement.What you bring:Currently certified Aqua instructor Previous experience leading group exercise classes preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with varied audiences.Passion for health, fitness, and dance.Ability to motivate and inspire participants.Knowledge of injury prevention and fitness guidelines.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
