In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the VIP customer service journey, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Because we believe that entrée offers much more than just a job.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete VIP customer service journey, from arrival to departure, ensuring all needs are met to the highest standards.Oversee VIP arrivals, including pre-arrival preparations, personalised experiences, meeting room inspections, special arrangements, welcome gestures, room escorts, and post-stay follow-ups.Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile, eye contact, and verbal salutation, while discerning their needs.Personalise guest interactions by addressing them by name during conversations.Stay alert for VIP arrivals or visits to dining outlets, ensuring VIPs receive proper attention and guidance.Actively participate in the development of SOPs and best practices within your department and the hotel wide management team.Stay informed about local attractions and maintain an updated database of trendy establishments to offer VIPs elite recommendations and exclusive reservations.Handle all external and internal calls professionally, delivering personalised and informative service to exceed guest expectations.Support the departmental goals of converting positive reviewsRegularly seek feedback to maintain consistent, innovative service.Skills, knowledge and Experience:Good IT skills, able to proficiently operate all our online ordering platforms and in-house technologies.Have the drive to develop an in-depth knowledge of our suppliers, products and services. Have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills, working and communicating in a professional manner. Call handling and administration experience.Experience of dealing with and managing professional relationships with customers or suppliers (in person, via telephone calls or email management). Be process driven, recognising and adhering to the required procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
